Alex has been instrumental in moving Camden Operations into the Digital Age. Our long term vision is to digitize all major production facilities and Alex was able to successfully create digital twins for numerous buildings. These deliverables have been recognized at the highest level of Missiles & Fire Control leadership and will be on display to our customers. Alex’s skill set is also positioning Camden as the leader for digital twin creation across the enterprise. Alex is an independent, self-motivated, team player who delivers on his commits and is always willing to share his time and talents across the team.

Operations Engineering Senior Manager (Feb. 28, 2023)

Alex has done an outstanding job leading the effort to create a 3D virtual factory to support our Digital Transformation goals. He spearheaded the effort prove out the Unity Game Engine software on site as the 3D virtual factory software of choice, and he is beginning to transistion all product lines on site to this program. He was also given a very short timeline to create automation animations to clearly communicate our path forward to our customers. Alex continues to push the needle forward for the Camden site, and his efforts are continuing to serve as the benchmark for other sites around Missiles & Fire Control to model their 3D virtual factory vision. – Operations Engineering Manager (Jul. 18th, 2022)

Alex has become the Camden site lead for all things relating to 3D virtual factory simulations, including development process animations, and several other key intiatives. He not only continues to push the effort of piloting new technology use cases in Camden, but he now beginning to train several members of the Operations Engineering team to further grow Camden’s digital transformation footprint. Alex has delivered several high profile projects, and no matter how tight the schedule is, he is always delivering on time with a positive attitude.
